Q: What does MMOGer do?
A: MMOGer is a powerful utility that can automate repetitive keystrokes in gameplay. You can create a group of commands (macros) for a game. Each command can have specific start and stop conditions (dates, times, iterations etc...) in which events are sent to the game while you are AFK.

Q: How do I use MMOGer?
A: Download the MMOGer v2.0 User Manual.

Q: How do I know if MMOGer is compatible with my game?
A: To find out if MMOGer is compatible with the game you are playing, download the demo and give it a trial run before you buy. Use of MMOGer may violate the EULA (End User License Agreement) for certain games. Check your game's EULA before using.

Q: What is the difference between the demo and the full version?
A: The demo will only run for 15 minutes at a time. Everything else is fully functional. Simply enter a valid serial number from our online store to remove this limitation.

Q: How do I buy MMOGer?
A: To open up the full functionality of MMOGer, you will first need to download the demo. Once installed, you can purchase a serial number from our online store which will unlock the demo to the full version.

Q: I lost my serial number or my serial number expired before I was able to use it, now what do I do?
A: Please forward the receipt you received after you placed your order to info@quinworks.com. Upon confirmation of your information, a new serial number will be sent to you.

Q: I have created a group of commands for my game.
Can I share them with my friends?
A: Yes. Once you've created a group of commands, you can export them to file (it will have a .mog extension). You can then email this file to your teammates and fellow guild members. They can then import the file into their registered copy of MMOGer.

Q: How do I download KeepAlive?
A: Once you have purchased KeepAlive, a download link will be emailed to you. Because KeepAlive does not require an installation, a demo version is not available.

Q: How do I shutdown KeepAlive when it is in stealth mode?
A: You have to use the "Windows Task Manager" to kill the process when it is run in stealth mode. To do this, press ctrl+shift+esc and click on the process tab. Find KeepAlive.exe in the process list and click the "End Process" button.
